Activities

Kaleidoscope has a well supported walking group and meets at least once a month. The walks are between 8 and 10 miles in length and generally take place along coastal paths or in scenic countryside. For those who prefer a more relaxed form of exercise, Kaleidoscope also arranges shorter walks of up to 4 miles in length.

Theatre & Arts

You will be invited to join our weekly visits to the theatre, concerts the opera or ballet. We take monthly trips to major exhibitions, private galleries, stately homes or museums of special interest. The book club meets once a month for an informal evening usually in a member’s home. There are film discussion evenings, also the chance to see a live TV recording in one of the central London studios.

Holiday Breaks

You will have several opportunities to join with us on weekend breaks, particularly during Bank holidays and over the festive season. The hotels have been chosen for their service and value and are in areas of special interest. Recent visits have included trips to The Fens, the Isle of Man and Warwick. We are planning the Christmas festivities to include a stay at Stratford upon Avon.
